Blue States in the battle to either affirm or overturn the utterly fraudulent and stolen 2020 Election. 25 States are now signatory plaintiffs on the Texas U.S. Supreme Court lawsuit regarding equal protection and 14th Amendment violations is perfectly grounded, well constructed and could have been brought by any American citizen who voted in the 2020 election.  We’ve all been equally injured by the outcome of this fiasco of electioneering.

–The Texas suit could hinge on the simplest question. Do we have Election Day in America, or do we have Election Week and Election Month in some states and election day in others? Case law from a 1997 Supreme Court ruling clearly states that elections must be “consummated” (with a winner declared) on Election DAY.
