The chemical, shipped by explosive maker Dyno-Nobel was in sealed freight cars that were still sealed upon their arrival in California. Ammonium nitrate is the same ingredient used in the Oklahoma City bombing, the false flag domestic terror incident that was used to reelect a slumping Bill Clinton in 1996. 

–Durham report confirms Obama and Biden were both briefed on the phony origins and opposition research predication of the wiretap surveillance investigation into the Trump campaign in July 2016.
