2A D-Day: Biden’s Executive Onslaught Includes National Red Flag Gun Confiscation, Pushes Divided Nation to the Brink of Civil War

–For the first time in history, President Joe Biden has empowered one side of the political spectrum in America to disarm the other via preemption of due process and citizen informant tactics against anyone considered a “community threat.” Political differences, beliefs and “thought crime” will be used to justify RED FLAG preemptive gun confiscation and to declare mental fitness for gun ownership.

–Red Flag Translation: Anyone who backs Donald Trump, MAGA, populism and the Constitution, or opposes mandatory vaccines is now a “domestic insurrectionist too dangerous to own a gun.”

–Civil War Looms: American divide on firearms is bigger than the national divide on slavery in 1859. Biden’s Red Flag push is a bigger transgression of liberty than anything done by King George in the runup to 1776.

–Shad Olson revisits the troubling words of Donald Trump who openly supported the concept of preemptive gun confiscation in 2018. “I like to take the guns first, due process second,” Trump said. The clear danger of normalizing what amounts to Minority Report “precrime” enforcement are now here and if you hate and oppose such tyranny under the dementia patient Joe Biden, you should have responded with equal vehemence to Trump’s language in 2018.

–Biden’s executive orders on gun control, announced today in the halting hushed tones of a nursing home invalid, in addition to banning “assault weapons,” rifles equipped with collapsible stock, “high capacity magazines,” and accessory rails, indicate designation of all existing “modified” handguns as no different than a suppressor or silencer, requiring ATF stamp, fingerprinting and Federal registration for continued ownership, in addition to the immediate implementation of preemptive “risk assessment confiscation” laws better known as Red Flag Laws, allowing preemptive seizure of firearms on basis of threat notification by any citizen, family member or acquaintance.

–Anyone who wants you to lose your firearms rights now has clear avenue to report you as a potential community threat requiring immediate action without due process.

–Biden’s language also includes vague and broad classification of any and every aftermarket gun accessory deemed by the government to increase the weapon’s “lethality,” as subject to the Federal Firearms Act, requiring a Federal Firearms License in order to purchase or own. While it will certainly become a matter for the courts, this amorphous prohibition could presumably be applied to custom sights, lights, laser targeting systems or anything else that improves the accuracy and effectiveness of the weapon.

–Barr and Durham demand the destruction of ALL EVIDENCE relating to the Seth Rich murder case by April 28th, effectively slamming the lid on Julian Assange’s Deep Throat, the true source of the Podesta-Clinton emails and the DNC “breach” that the Deep State spun as Russian interference in the 2016 election. How long will Julian Assange survive once all evidence of his most important contact’s demise is wiped from history?
