Can Texas Save the Republic? SUPCO Lawsuit Now Joined by a Dozen States to Put the 2020 Election on Trial

—The Texas lawsuit regarding equal protection and 14th Amendment violations is perfectly grounded, well constructed and could have been brought by any American citizen who voted in the 2020 election. We’ve all been equally injured by the outcome of this fiasco of electioneering.

–Simplicity is key. The claims in the Texas suit are simple and prima facie and are wholly based on facts that are beyond dispute involving dictatorial actions of Secretaries of State who made unilateral decisions on matters clearly reserved only to the legislative bodies of the states. And because it is a State vs. State action rather than an appelate adjudication, it will function as a trial, with all evidence, affidavit and brief previously rejected by politicized lower courts eligible for entry as evidence. It’s now up to the Supreme Court to restore justice, sanity, and Constitutional rigor to this election.

–Respondent fraud states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia have until 3pm EST Thursday to file their response..

–Hateful garbage human C.A. Johnson of Michigan gets booted off of all of her legislative committee assignments after issuing an open threat against Trump supporters on social media.

Said Johnson:

“So this is just a warning to you Trumpers. Be careful. Walk lightly. We ain’t playing with you. …And to those of you who are soldiers, you know how to do it. Do it right. Be in order. Make them pay.”

Shad Olson immediately thought those words sounded eerily familiar to an interview nearly 30 years ago. And he was right. The interview subject? Convicted mass murderer, Charles Manson describing his instructions prior to the Tate-LaBianca Murders, 1968.

“If you’re going to do something. Do it right. Do it well. And leave something witchy. Leave something so the world knows you were there.”

C.A. Johnson and Charlie Manson share a common demon. The Helter Skelter race war is alive and well.
